Only workdays Monday to Friday are counted as working days (= production time). If the order, together with all necessary documents and complete data, is received, and all possible technical questions are clarified by 9 a.m. CET, this day will count as the first working day. The day of despatch of the goods does not count as a working day.

Three fiducials with solder-stop opening are placed asymmetrically in the border (⌀ fiducial 1,5mm; ⌀ solder-stop opening 3mm).

Milling: The value for the border is the remaining material, e.g. 10mm. Your panel size is increased by 12mm, as a milling path of 2mm is added.

Scoring: Specialty of milling not relevant.

Scored alu core PCBs can be separately easily by hand, usually.

Milling:

  • Standard spacing PCB to PCB: 2mm
  • Alternative spacing PCB to PCB: >= 10mm (the residual material is smaller by twice 2mm milling path, so >=6mm)
  • Distance copper to milling edge: min. 0,2mm

Scoring:

  • Standard spacing PCB to PCB: 0mm
  • Alternative spacing PCB to PCB: >=5mm residual material
  • Distance copper to scoring edge: min. 0,5mm

Z-axis milling, also known as depth routing or level milling, reduces the thickness within or at the edge of the PCB on certain areas.
The online calculation is for a single Z-axis depth. For different depths or for plated Z-axis milling, please select "customized option".
