Specification how the PCB layout (or panel layout, respectively) should be orientated in the stencil. With the stencil size clearly exceeding the PCB size, the PCB can be positioned as portrait or landscape.

For TOP+BOT (on single stencil) the stencil size should be at least twice the PCB size.

The stencil thickness is chosen according to the component sizes.
The most common stencil thickness is 100µm.

"Half lasered" is typically used for machine alignment, "lasered through" for manual alignment. “Half lasered” fiducials are located on the PCB side (bottom).
